I visualize and use mirros for calculating angles. And unfortunately these were best.
It's impossible to shoot from front. Because I'm not so flexible to do without going fully down to thighs. So frontal view is always covered. Maybe after I put off some weight.
Shooting while sitting on couch or chair is another option. And frontal angle problem is still problem in this position. And when I try hard to get frontal camera view with trying more back curve while exploiting chair's advantage, my lower back hurts. So maybe after more excercises.
