No, it's fake news. Thought the picture looked a bit suspicious (and who would stop to take a picture if he needed emergency resuscitation??), and given that there must be 1000's of women performing deep throat on men every day with no risk whatsoever I thought it must be a joke. Every part of it sounded just plain wrong - how could he make a phonecall? why would he need a tracheostomy? and there is no tantra practice I am aware of that involves self sucking.

Medically speaking this could only happen if you had a debilitating back spasm whilst deepthroating yourself. What a way to go!
