This is probably nothing for some of you but according to my records I ate my come 37 times in 2024. There's probably a few loads that I ate but didn't record (write down) so let's call it 40.

This past year I have worked very dilligently to be able to orgasm without releasing my semen by holding my PC muscle in when I'm ready to come. Although it might just be at the very edge edging I do feel like most of the times I do this it's a full blown orgasm. I love doing this (although my prostate probably doesn't) because I can quickly recover and do it again. I often book about 15 minutes before I get in the shower in the morning and I have had as many as 6 or 7 orgasms without releasing in that time. I have acutally had an orgasm without releasing while inside of her, paused a second, then continued and had a second orgasm releasing a large load in her. She never said anything about it but I know she knows that I came, then came again.

I probably won't back off on the holding back sessions but may try to release my come at least twice a week instead of holding it back for weeks on end.
