				Im having trouble :(

				Hi guys,the other night i tryed to selfsuck and i actually licked the tip.Next day my backs a bit sore so i still tryed it and i was nowere near it.
Next day same again,but i got a bath before doing it.Still couldnt do it.
So what you think is going on?is my back healing or something?
My leg stretches are coming on very good i must say but i dont know many back ones,if anyone could reply and say some for me that would be great?
Plus if i was to be able to do the Splits is that an advantage?if so im gonna train for that too.

				Sounds like you probably just pushed too hard - your body will sometimes tell your muscles to tighten up if you push them too hard.  It can be frustrating, but slow gradual stretching is always you best bet.
I guess splits might help with the X position, and general flexibility is good if you're careful with it, but if you're training for selfsuck I don't know that I'd focus on splits.  I don't do the X at all - can one of our X experts comment?

				I'm no expert, but as Al wrote, it sounds like you just pushed a bit too hard. As far as I know, it's very normal to not be able to reach as far the day after a good session. I have tried that as well (as well as the sore back). Try to wait a couple of days before trying again - usually this seems to help

				hey man 
I just started self sucking again for the first time in many years.
For me I would try to get close and hold the position as best I could 
and then relax. If I became uncomfortable, I would wait until the next day to try again.
I always take a warm shower to loosen up my back.
I would try to get close again and maybe a little closer each time.
The trick I think is to just relax and it is difficult to do but you will develope your technique I am sure.
Also I see a chiropractor about twice a month and that really helps 
to keep me loose.
Good luck man because I sure am happy I took it up again.
