Yeah - he's amazing, and he seems like a really cool guy, but - I gotta say - I don't think there's anything that's 10 inches going on there...

He had surgery to separate them a bit and made them longer, but the pictures you posted are pre-surgery when they were 6 and 7 inches long (I think). Newer pics here

I should also add that a few months ago, after the surgery, he tweeted that he can now selfsuck both cocks as a result of the lengthening. I wish I could see that!
