Hello all team members
I finally decided to create an account and tell my progress sofar.
I am 50+ kinda out of shape but always willing to selfsuck myself. I was never that limber in my life but i am willing to take the challenge with some hard work and dedication.
i am 1m82 and a slight belly which i am working on (already lost 5 kg sofar)
at the moment of this writing i am doing twice a day yoga exercises at home 20 minutes each for the last 3 months, and it got my more into shape and much closer alreay although i seem to hit my plateau where i can lick the tip and in good days touch with my mouth the tip. but far away from my goal yet.
My ultimate goal offcourse is to take it into my mouth suck it and have a wonderfull orgasm.
I might need some tips as it seems my progress halt is mostly because of my hip scope and tight hamstrings. Anybody got any good tips which will progress me further and go through my plateau.
I hope this forum gets more lively soon as it seems the new posts dry up a bit.

Welcome to the forum. I hope more members jump in with encouragement and advice.
I’m a C position guy and offer tips with that in mind.
My best tip is to strengthen biceps to really exert maximum force upwards with arms under ass. I tuck a few balled up undershirts under my balls. That really thrusts my cock upwards, closer to my tongue. I try to devote at least an hour a day to this position. I pull up strongly for five to seven seconds then relax for the same time. I’ll repeat that for five to ten minutes.
Before I start a session I do some toe touches until I can touch the floor with the palms of my hands.
My best progress has been doing sucking sessions daily with maximum pulling up strength.
To keep an erection I wrap an exercise band tightly around my cock and balls. I loosen the band when I can get my cock tip fully into my mouth. I found that my half soft cock feels much more pleasurable when sucking.
Many of the tips advise to straighten your back several times during a ss session. I’ve tried that several times with mixed results.
Read all the advice given on this site and you’ll see steady progress.

Hi Wil,
Great to see someone else 50+ on here! Actually took me over a year to get anywhere close to really being able to suck myself in a relaxed way and then be able to make myself orgasm orally only. It takes a lot of patience and determination unless you are naturally gifted of course. I'm not sure that age is on our side either.
Plenty of great post on here about stretches and yoga poses that help. Have to say when I first started I just bent myself in half and went for it. It was painful sometime but worth it and I got a few mm further every month. Then suddenly I would get much deeper and kept that ability although it varies day to day.
Definitely keep doing those hamstring stretches and lose some weight, it will all help. And don't be frightened of a bit of pain (within reason) especially after, your body will recover and be more supple. You will only improve by pushing yourself a bit further each time.

breaking the plateau is something that is close for me.
What i did notice after a long drive to and from office (4+ hours) it really unlocks my hips. especially when i also pull my stomach in. i notice my core is much tighter than before but i am not there yet.
This week i was able to put my lips on the tip and do a little suck on it. so clos but still so far away

Thanks for you post! I'm a new member and very keen and appreciate your tips. I don't think i'm going to be able to devote as much time to this as you do (married dad) but I am going to try building up my biceps and use the balled up undershirts under balls method. Bizarrely I am really enjoying the stretching exercises, I started last year but gave up, but i'm determined this year. If I fail at least I will have got more flexible and stronger in the process.

Hi Will - As someone on the cusp of being 50 I am so impressed with your progress and persistence. I am 187cm and reasonably slim, but am working on reducing any excess belly fat, starting on this journey has given me new resolve to be disciplined with food and exercise! I am also looking at doing yoga, probably at home with my wife as it's hard to find classes that fit in with her schedule. I am doing regular C-position stretches now to get more flexible as well as lots of the other suggestions here.
I am keen to be in touch with others so we can support and encourage each other, it's a fairly lonely business otherwise. I would be so happy to achieve the amount of progress that you have in 3 months, but I am going to try and be as disciplined as I can be!

I know it is hard being married with kids and find the time, privacy and comfort in your daily routine. i am stuggling with the same.
Last 6 weeks i was on vacation so the privacy and comfort was far from perfect. But maybe a short break from all and enjoy life is also much needed.
I have been practising for the last 3 days and i am surprised that my flexibility has not been affected that much. Offcourse i am not pushing all the way. Maybe in a week or two after more yoga session i will test how far i can reach.
PS. it would be nice to have a group where we can share our experiences and tips with eachother.
