Most of the videos or pictures I've seen of people online who are using the sitting technique are just using a flat surface like the edge of a tub or something, but I've found this pretty uncomfortable personally. What has worked better for me so far is using a back roller on the edge of the tub (covered by a towel of course). The height feels a little more appropriate, and the curve of the sides allows a little more comfort and room for my balls to not get smashed... Lol.
I do wish there was something more contoured to the shape of my body front to back, however. Something saddle shaped possibly, I don't know.
