I can put both my balls in my ass but they don't hang any where near that far.

Maybe it's just the toilets, but I've had occasions of getting splashed.

My grandma had a toilet for a while that when I used it my penis would be in the water. Not really pleasant, expecially after you're done and the water isn't clean anymore. My cock has always hung lower than my balls though.
